SCRIBA — The owner of a longtime car dealership in the city of Oswego is expanding into boats.
The County of Oswego Industrial Development Agency (IDA) on Wednesday unanimously approved an initial resolution concerning a payment in lieu of taxes (PILOT) agreement for Locavore at Burritt’s, a holding company controlled by Rich Burritt, owner of Burritt Motors.
